Peggy Williams;  Founder and President


Peggy WilliamsPeggy has a deep passion for elevating the academic pursuits of students. A graduate of Mount Wachusett Community College and current student at Fitchburg State University, she is personally familiar with the ongoing process of academic advancement. Having started programs for mentally challenged students as a Coordinator in Human Services, she has dedicated her skills to the educational goals of communities and families.

In her consulting with families and educational institutions, she utilizes her well-developed communication and management skills. She has provided twenty four years in Human services, and has worked as a manager of Human Services for Eliot Human Services in Lexington, MA. She also provided services as Visitation Supervisor to South Middlesex Human Service Agency in Framingham, MA. These skills, coupled with her academic networking, have allowed Peggy to amass a wide knowledge regarding school admissions and financial aid. She is ready to apply this skill set and knowledge to achieve the goals of educational institutions and families.

Ariann Williams – Owner and Managing Partner


Ariann WilliamsAriann has established her enthusiasm for educational service in many different avenues. During her time as an Economics-Finance major at Bentley University, she was an administrative assistant, providing technical help for the learning center and compiling data to substantiate proposals for students. She has provided her mentoring services to both local and international communities. Specifically, Ariann mentored students and planned after school activities at the Chesterbrook Youth Development Center in Waltham, MA.

She also taught and mentored students at the Mamelodi Tutoring Program of Pretoria, South Africa. After fundraising to travel to Africa, Ariann taught English, mathematics, science, technology, and test prep for college qualification. She mentored over 50 students during her time there.

Her management skills have also allowed her to assist students beyond academics. As a project manager for the One Goal, One Community: Moving Beyond Bullying program, she was able to foster positive learning environments for young scholars. She is currently working for the Boston Celtics’ charitable arm, the Shamrock Foundation, as Senior Coordinator. Through her experiences teaching, mentoring, and managing in academic environments, Ariann is eager to help families pave the academic road for their children. She is especially interested in working with families interested in international studies.
